She has proven leadership, business development know-how, project management skills, including planning, budgeting, traffic control, team building, and client and vendor relations. She formulates creative solutions to business challenges, following through from strategic brainstorming to completion.

In her free time, Heidi enjoys landscaping and home improvement projects. On the weekends you'll find her out playing with her daughters and pup Bella locally or on Whidbey Island. In a past life Heidi was a tournament billiards player reigning as best female player in the county at the time.
